Joe and Suzanne live on-sight and are available for any help or questions you may have. This space includes a new upstairs apartment. The entire kitchen was built by hand with love. You will be able to enjoy a single bedroom with a queen size bed, a full kitchen and two opposite-facing (E+W) decks to catch sunrise or sunset. There is no wifi or cable, but due to the barn's location on the Bolton Peninsula you will have great service for hotspots or calls back home. We look forward to having you!

Enjoy the waterfront view by the woodstove, or roast s’mores & absorb the tranquility at the gas firepit on the spacious deck. A perfect cozy winter retreat, you are right on the low bank waterfront of a private lagoon, & the Hood Canal, surrounded by woods. Outdoor amenities abound, with a pickleball court, 2 paddleboards, rowboat, & firepits at the beach & lagoon. Enjoy a scenic 1 hour drive to Olympic National Park, or watch for porpoises, otters and the resident bald eagles from the couch.

He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

McDonald Cove Cabin

Rustic cozy cabin. Open concept for easy entertaining with glorious views of the water. Main floor bedroom with Queen bed plus open loft with Queen bed. The cabin has one bathroom opposite the downstairs bedroom. Great outdoor living with two decks; front deck facing the waterfront. Use stairs to access the beach and boat house which houses two single kayaks, one double kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs for guest use. One exterior security camera, which monitors the driveway is present.

Simple and clean and tastefully decorated, you can use this place as your launch pad for Olympic Peninsula adventures. Or you can hang out on the farm, wander our wooded trails, and visit our goats. This cabin is a part of the Quilcene Lantern, so grab a beer or latte at our bar and catch a show in the barn.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Linger Longer Cottage

At the Linger Longer Cottage you'll discover a really adorable, fully furnished 2 bedroom + loft (due to some safety issues, the loft is not available for use at this time), with easy beach access to enjoy the Hood Canal and Quilcene Bay all within minutes to enjoy the wonder of the Olympics. Just a walk around the owner's home provides direct beach access to beautiful Quilcene Bay on Hood Canal. A quarter of a mile south of here there is a boat launch. Come enjoy this gem today!
