Nestled in a quiet neighborhood you'll enjoy a family friendly vibe with a large back yard & a cul-de-sac away from traffic. Enjoy your own patriotic,western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & charcoal bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!
