Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

The Nook was purpose built in 2019 to be an ideal place for a single person, couple, or family to stay; we also welcome well behaved pets! Newly decorated for 2025 and a short walk from the beach and tidal pool. Close by is a fabulous farm shop for milk, croissants and other essentials.
