Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Classic old Skåne farm with a beautiful location outside Kivik on the hills with the fields as neighbours. Two floors with sleeping loft. High standard with sauna and patios. A place for relaxation in the gardens with hammocks and for activities with badminton, etc. Direct proximity to nature, attractions and the beach 5 km away. At the same distance, Kivik, Haväng, St Olof, Brösarp. Stenshuvud, Rörum, Knäbäckshusen a 15 min drive. Beach chairs, parasols, rackets, grill etc. are available.

Olas Trädgård

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård, ”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

Välkommen till en fridfull vistelse i min mysiga tvåa! Du bor i eget hus, mitt annex, med tillgång till egen uteplats. Framför huset finns ett grönområde, du vaknar till fågelkvitter varje morgon. Lugnt och trivsamt i återvändsgränd. Lägenheten består av allrum, pentry, möblerad korridor, sovrum med ett par sängar (de kan fästas ihop) på övervåningen. WC, duschrum, bastu, hall och tvättstuga på nedre våningen. Det finns en liten kyl, ett par kokplattor, mikrovågsugn och kaffekokare.

Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

The whole area is hilly. Perfect place for hiking, biking and relaxing at the small cozy Vang seaport. In and around the harbor are fishing opportunities. Vang has a Café and the restaurant Le Port. In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Welcome to Happy Dogs Ranch For our guest that are traveling with small children please refer to the guest safety section. The Nest is just 15sq meters but has a view that is unmeasurable. It is the perfect retreat for true animal lovers. Designed for two people, the Nest has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bed 140x200 and a view into the riding arena, where you can watch the activity. I think of it as our safari room.

Välkommen till fina Rosenhill! Här hittar ni en charmig vinkelbyggd skånelänga som är belägen i det skånska landskapet med kuperade beteshagar och vacker utsikt. Huset är omgiven av en härlig gammaldags trädgårdstomt med vacker björkallé, syren- och hortensiabuskar samt äppelträd och mycket annat smått och gott. Invid byggnaderna finns ängsmark och österut finner ni en mindre egen damm med varierande vattenmängd beroende av årstiderna.
