I hear birds most of the day and we have a very private large backyard with large covered porch where you can enjoy the sunny (and the rainy) days. Fully ADA compliant, the Suite is a self-contained wing of the main estate, great for family gatherings. It features 3 bedrooms, a large great room, 2 full baths and a kitchenette. This is not intended to be a party house as hosts live in attached main estate.
