The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

A beautiful Victorian basement apartment in a perfect location for exploring Dartmoor National Park and the surrounding area by foot, bicycle or car. The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.

This special cottage is situated in the grounds of author Doris Lessing's Devon longhouse and has been lovingly renovated to provide stylish, comfortable accommodation. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!

We are pet free (allergy free from pet related allergy) If you are looking for a quiet picturesque Devonshire village, with little interruption, close to Dartmoor for walking / cycling with a lovely traditional local pub, thatched of course, then look no further. If you are a runner we have the new local Parkrun at Simmons Park, Okehampton.
