The Eaves @ Cleavewood House is a newly renovated property in Lynbridge, Lynton. The apartment is secluded in the Lyn Valley overlooking the West Lyn river within Exmoor National Park, we are a 15 minute walk to the center of Lynton. The apartment has open plan living with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms The Eaves is perfect for exploring Exmoor National Park renowned for its wildlife, dark sky reserve, harbour, restaurants and pubs. Lynton and Lynmouth has something for everyone.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Welcome to Cherry Pip! Bring your surfboards! Golf clubs!, Paint brushes! Books.. all for your kind of unwinding. Don’t forget your bikes! Baby (travel cot) and/or child welcome too (sofa bed) Stunning views from our exotic suite. Only 10 min drive to Saunton beach., 15 mins to Croyde. Excellent restaurants/pubs within a 10 and 15 minute walk away down a country lane. Enjoy our outdoor space and gazebo for relaxing and dining.. The Combe is a coast and country escape. It is a self-contained annex, part of our family house accessed from a 12 step external staircase. Located in the picturesque village of West Down, 4 miles from the surfing beach of Woolacombe and a short drive to Croyde and Ilfracombe Harbour. The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the Coast path and Exmoor.

The River Loft is a unique loft conversion set in peaceful location of Braunton. Part of our home, The River Loft provides a unique private space (with internal lockable door), offering bed & DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th century parish church, The Loft is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.
