The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Furniture built from locally sourced trees for a beautifully crafted, rustic finish. Swing in a hammock or egg chair and indulge in a bit of star gazing. Watch the surrounding wildlife by the log burner or gather by the fire pit. Head ito Exmoor or Dartmoor & enjoy the many walks/bike rides; surf or explore the beaches. Help feed the animals and relax, recharge & re-connect!

Mariners Cottage is a beautifully restored fisherman’s cottage, tucked away on the cobbled streets of Appledore, just moments from the quay. Recently renovated, this cosy, dog-friendly retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxed coastal escape. Dogs are welcome throughout, including upstairs, with treats provided. Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

Coombe Farm Goodleigh - Ally Pally

The Aluminium Palace is a 1960 Airstream caravan, lovingly restored & decorated. It is nestled in the woods on our farm with a private hot tub, bbq, fire pit, outdoor table & chairs, outdoor sofa in a fenced private garden suitable for kids. Inside is a bathroom, sleeping, cooking and living space. The adjacent shed has a dishwasher, washing machine & storage. Suitable for a couple or a family of 4. Well behaved dogs welcome but not permitted on furniture & guests must clean-up after dogs.

Villa Wishing Well

Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

The Beach Hut, Parade House. Our luxury 2 bedroom, self contained Duplex, has been recently built and is part of the prestigious Parade House development, in beautiful Woolacombe, Devon. Here you will find luxury self catering accommodation, with a large open plan living space with a private outside dining balcony. You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
