Retreat to our unique, tranquil and quirky Surf Cottage. Our Tiny Home is minutes away from the beautiful town of Mumbles. Walking distance to both Langland bay and Caswell bay beaches, perfect for relaxing or catching the waves. PLEASE NOTE: It is warm and dry with a modern insulated roof, hot water etc But it’s close to nature, suited to the outdoorsy, adventurous soul, who doesn't mind the sound of rain outside or the occasional spider/creepy crawly that makes its way in from the garden. :)

Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

Welcome to Caswell Beach House, a spacious but cosy home on the Gower Peninsula. Perfect for families or friends, we sleep 6 adults comfortably (up to 8 with a small double sofa bed). We are under a 10-minute walk down the hill to Caswell Bay beach and just steps from Caswell Woods. Enjoy our private enclosed garden with a Weber charcoal BBQ, a basement games room with a small pool table, and off-road parking. An ideal, well-equipped base for a relaxing coastal holiday near Mumbles.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

Cosy Chalet 38, small chalet close to the beach

Chalet 38 sits on the corner of a lovely centre lawn area, in a traditional chalet park and is perfect base for a bucket and spade beach holiday. We have been playful with a hint of retro 1970s. We also try to be wildlife freindly. This is a small chalet idea for two, but will fit four, it has one normal sized bedroom, and a bunk room The chalet is a few minutes walk from the amazing Caswel Bay beach. There is a small patio where you can watch the sun set down the valley.

It’s a short 5 minunte walk to the seafront promenade where you can enjoy walks and take in the sea air, and a further 10 -15 minute walk into Mumbles with all of the amenities including a wide variety of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
