Enjoy the peaceful beauty of Central Iowa's rolling hills, prairies, and distant forests while staying in our newly constructed barndominium. Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

This newly remodeled home is the perfect relaxing getaway from the busy day-to-day life. Perfectly located on Rock Creeks no-wake lake, you'll find yourself only minutes away from Grinnell, Pella, Newton, Marshalltown, and Sully. Known for its fishing, you can also find a beautiful beach for swimming or a picnic on the west shore. Enjoy the trails and start on your 13-mile hike, bike or snowmobile around the lake or rent a boat from the Marina.

Make memories when you vacation by staying in a barn! Connect with rural life and nature at this comfortable escape. Ideal for families, couples, and singles with extra long twin beds in the bedroom and two lofts. Space to roam with 2+ miles of nature trails. Or relax with table and board games. The stairs into the lofts are steep. Someone with walking or climbing issues might have trouble. (The hosts are both 76 and have no trouble.)
