Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

The space has been recently renovated and is a light and bright space, perfect for exploring gorgeous Cornwall.

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.

Escape and unwind in our modern, comfortable, self contained annexe. We are situated in a quiet residential street in beautiful Lusty Glaze on the outskirts of Newquay. Newquay's town centre with its array of bars, restaurants and stunning surf beaches are all within easy walking distance. The award winning Lusty Glaze beach (Sunday Times 2017 Best Beach) is less than a 10 minute walk away. We consider our annexe ideally suited to quiet couples.

Set in the countryside and connected to miles of beautiful footpaths taking you across old mining countryside; perfect for dog walkers, and mountain bikers.
