Perfectly located in a private location close to fabulous amenities. Moreton-in-Marsh is a wonderful Cotswold town full of cafes, pubs & shops whilst surrounded by Cotswold countryside

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The property is a spacious one-bedroom home on the first floor with elevated aspects over the centre of the town. It is built of local honey-coloured stone with deep sash windows and dates from the late Georgian era. The property can sleep three, with one king sized bed, and a quality sofa bed in the living room. PLEASE note the sofabed is available on request and there is a a small charge for the extra bedding.

The property benefits from a wood burning stove and Jacuzzi hot tub and has a prime location in Moreton-in-Marsh which has a direct train from London and several pubs and shops a stone's throw away so a car isn't essential.
