Surf lessons and Kayacking are available in the season. There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries.

Amy’s Barn is the top floor of an old barn which you enter via external stairs. It is a lovely, bright flat with a separate bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. Great for a couple, a dog (+ baby). It is situated within the garden of our home, with immediate access to a quiet lane and then footpaths for walks/bikes. There is an outdoor seating for guests too. We are on the edge of the village with views of surrounding countryside, sea glimpses, St Agnes Beacon + 1.5m to Porthtowan beach.
