Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Our bright and airy 2-bedroom chalet (one double, one bunk bed) bungalow has direct access to the beach, a wood burning stove, refurbished shower bathroom and free parking. The chalet has open plan sociable kitchen/diner/living area overlooking Blue Anchor beach at the front and glimpses of the West Somerset steam Railway to the rear. This bright stonebuilt cottage is located up a verdant combe in the magnificent Quantock Hills. Outside the front-door is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. The coast is a 15 minute drive or an hours gentle walk to Kilve. Need more room? Then try its neighbour, and big sister, 'Gorgeous Quantock House'.

1 Coastguard Cottages is one of a terrace of five Grade 2 listed houses built in 1877 for the Admiralty. It is situated on the edge of Minehead bay with panoramic views over the Bristol Channel to the islands of Steepholm and Flatholm and the Welsh coastline. It is just steps from the start of the South West Coast Path and a perfect location for a family holiday. Walks from the front door give quick access to the Exmoor National Park on North Hill.

Steam Railway Shepherd’s Hut, Somerset

The Railway Hut is a self-contained shepherd’s hut for two, with luxuriously comfortable double bed with all seasons duvet. En-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. Kitchenette with all the basics ready for your arrival. For the chilly winter evenings you’ll find a cosy log burner laid and ready to light. Outside facilities include designated parking, private outdoor seating, bbq and fire pit. We also have secure bike storage.
