Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio with garden/valley views. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

All the rooms have amazing views & the kitchen leads onto a terraced garden, with an area to play boules. Dogs welcome, by arrangement please. Access by meet & greet or key safe. The outside space is the 96 acres of common land on which the property stands. Accessed via a stone track with parking outside the property. Good accessibility as just one door step. Cosy underfloor heating throughout. There is a king size bed and ensuite shower. Perfect for a relaxing short stay in the Cotswolds!
