Beech Tree Cottage is a delightful cottage nestled in the beautiful hills of Somerset, on the south side of a wooded valley beside the River Tone. Nearly 200 years old, this lovely cottage has been newly updated to create a charming, well-equipped holiday home. The shared grounds are a paradise of fields, water meadows and gardens, a haven for wildlife, and star-gazing in our dark skies. Our heated indoor swimming pool and play area are shared between our cottages and offer fun for everyone.

It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Quality, stylish self catering holiday accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Access for people with limited mobility - 1 bedroom + wet room on ground floor. Unwind in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes log burner, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge. The dining table converts to a workstation and the contemporary bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Linnets Somerset Holiday Home

Linnets is a rather special property in the heart of rural Somerset within the pretty village of Fitzhead. Linnets is a large, three-bedroom semi-detached house with a modern Swedish hot tub that seats 6, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, set in a very pretty garden. Linnets is proud to be fully wheelchair accessible. Downstairs there is a spacious wet room with grabs rails and shower chair. The kitchen also has some low-level worktops, and the living room is fitted with a hearing loop.

Gorgeous Quantock House

This bright stonebuilt house is located up a verdant combe in the magnificent Quantock Hills. Outside the front-door is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.
