We are a dog friendly property. We are minutes from the Pine River, ORV trails, Tippy Dam, and Manistee National Forest. Due to unprecedented rain/flooding in the area this spring, the dock is unusable for the foreseeable future. *There is a small a/c unit in the living room. Portable fans are available as well.*

Our home is a 1900’s historic beauty with modern updates (we love air conditioning ;). We're just blocks to the sandy beach, lighthouse, restaurants, and downtown Manistee. All rooms are on the main floor. Guests have exclusive access to enjoy the house, large backyard w/firepit and grill, and games in partial basement. *Note: The entire house has a separate one-bedroom apartment upstairs with a separate entrance & deck available for booking. Reach out if you are interested in both areas.

Welcome to beautiful Harbor Village, offering many amenities: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, park, fitness center. This incredible lakeside development sits between the golden shores of Lake Michigan and a relaxing harbor that provides endless hours of watching boats in this serene setting. A brief 5 minute walk along a lovely beach road takes you to one of the most beautiful settings on Lake Michigan. Great for ski vacations. 30 minute drive to Crystal Mountain or Caberfae!!!!

Dog friendly one bedroom house close to everything

The Main floor of this home with it's own Private Entrance, one Kingsize bed, one bathroom and a large kitchen. It is on a nice grassy lot with a long driveway. Easy walking distance to anything downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. Both beaches are walkable, as well, but you might want to take the short drive if you are hauling coolers and beach toys. On the North Side of Town. FYI - There is an upper level with 2 beds/1 bath available in your rental for additional fee.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained, hiker only, trail winds through the woods. Hosting only adults, this property was designed for romantic getaways. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan, where you can find a nice meal, hit the beach or catch the S.S. Badger!
