Its just a simple kokani wada with 3 private rooms surrounded with many trees.Especially with Mango trees(Hapus),coconut trees,Jackfruit trees,Betel trees(supari) & kokam trees.what makes my place special is 1.5 acers of private area with access to beach at a walkable distance of few minutes
