The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. The Old Workshop. A Cosy Exmoor Bolthole.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from the Local Pub, The Staghunters Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet. The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine furniture.

Located centrally in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the old village district of Lynton, The Hayloft is a cosy but deceptively large one-bedroom property with separate lounge, dining area and kitchen. With features including a log burner, wood panelling and open living, you're assured a comfortable and relaxing stay surrounded by English country cottage charm. The cottage has WiFi and dogs are welcome. Logs are not supplied but can be obtained locally.
