The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. A lovely detached property, situated in the quiet village of Ormesby St. Margaret, close to the historic Norfolk Broads and within 2 miles of the beach. We're back after a 12-month break to host a perfect dog friendly, secluded, rural hideaway with private parking and separate entrance, positioned next to the historic WW2 Metfield Airfields, in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The accommodation has a double bed, wood burner, seating area, dining table and 2 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. The 4 acre grounds are secure so dogs can roam free. Please note the property is a separate building, adjacent to the main house.

Purbeck is a short walk (10/15 mins) into Southwold. Southwold offers a good choice of independent shops including ‘The Yard’ a newly opened waffle shop, Two Magpies Bakery and Mills family Butchers. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you fancy a beach day there are plenty of places to enjoy a coffee and food,Gunhill Kiosk .There is plenty to keep you busy during your stay, Adnams tours , golf, walks and shopping

Charming Rural Barn

South Green Farm is a non working 3 acre farm set in beautiful Suffolk countryside. We are just a 5min drive to the market town of Eye. The coastal towns Southwold and Aldeburgh are around 45mins drive. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, large shower room and an open plan living, kitchen, dining room. We have off road parking with private access to the barn, and garden area completed with dining table, outside lighting and comfy reclining chairs.

The Garden rest

We look forward to welcoming you to the Garden rest. It is perfectly situated for walkers just 2 miles from the bustling town of Loddon where, after a beautiful walk through the countryside, fields and country lanes why not stop for a break at one of Loddons four pubs. Also just 1.5 mile walk from the beautiful Sisland woods and many other footpaths. Just 12 miles from our fine City of Norwich which can be reached by a regular bus route from Loddon.

Private Studio Annex near beach

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.
