This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. We have a huge variety of wild flowers and bird life and our dark skies offer perfect opportunities for star gazing. We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

Further afield, you will find the Gower Peninsular which offers more fabulous beaches and countryside.

The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

Our Holiday Home is modern, cozy, benefits of SKY/wifi along with many other extras and definitely a home-from-home experience on our Gower Coast of natural beauty. It sleeps 6 plus availability of a travel cot if needed. Well behaved pets (2) also provided for. There is a log burner and starter packs are provided free from October to March. The garden is secure and backs onto the estuary where stunning sunsets and tidal changes can be photographed and watched.
