The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use hence the reduced price. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Good base for and exploring the South Welsh coast. Very close to shops, takeaways, pubs. 5 mins drive to the beach. Near to railway/bus station. Situated near to Machynss Golf club/spa/Parc Trostre. Easy parking outside. Large TV. Free Wi fi. Attractive yard/garden area. Dogs welcome. Pet fee £40 per stay - extra pets £15 each.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.
