With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. LUXARY HOT TUB INSTALLED JULY 2025. Upright piano and ukulele. House = approx. 2,800 sq. ft. You must let us know if you are bringing a dog or an 8th person. Guests must be very comfortable with stairs.
