This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

Welcome to our farm! We invite you to stay at our cute&cozy renovated guesthouse. We have friendly mini goats & fuzzy alpacas that you can view just steps outside the front door. We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. You’ll love our place because of the views of gorgeous Liberty Lake! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.

Whether you're here for business or with friends/family, come explore everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer in our cozy Liberty Lake bungalow! This space features a private deck and entrance, peek-a-boo views of the lake, beach access and close proximity to both Spokane and Coeur d'Alene! NOTE: This is a guest suite, we live in the upstairs of the home (more info below).

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Enjoy your own patriotic, western themed 400 sq ft separate guest suite w/ a private entrance and patio w picnic table & bbq. Kitchen w/ oven range & sink, bathroom, bedroom, rest area. Antiques and a converted water trough bathtub is fun and gives a nice deep cowboy bath, but it is tall and small (think tiny home shower.) In Post Falls, 15 min from downtown CDA. 5 min from Qemiln and Falls park, 1 min from Black Bay park, Comfortably fits 2 adults but more welcome!

Travel person special for one guest. Guest Suite attached to side of our residential garage. Vaulted ceilings, clean and in a safe area. Has kitchenette, with small fridge and microwave. Central located to Spokane and CdA Id . Easy access to I90. 3-5 min to restaurants. Near Spokane Valley mall. Lots of amenities, covered parking, next to Centennial trail. Good spot for a quiet nights sleep or working on your PC. Beautiful private outdoor space. Host on sight.

Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.
