Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Beläget ca 15 min med bil från Göteborg passar det familjer som semestrar i Göteborg men som inte vill bo mitt i stan. Till Landvetter Airpirt ca 10 min Närhet till Göteborg med restauranger, Liseberg och Ullevi. Villan ligger i ett naturskönt område med närhet till badsjö med sandstrand och bryggor och Sjöholmsparken som erbjuder paddel, golf och kanotuthyrning.

Sjölyckan

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Vakna upp till fågelkvitter, ta morgonrocken på och gå ner till sjön för att ta ett dopp. Ät frukost på verandan och planera en naturskön vandring eller en tur med vår kanot. Det finns gott om sjöar att gå runt eller fiska i. Blir det för lugnt är Göteborg bara 20 minuter bort med bil eller så tar du bussen, 5 min bort. Mölnlycke centrum ligger 5 km bort. Till Landvetter flygplats tar det 23 minuter att köra. Varmt välkommen!

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Trevligt boende nära sjö, natur och Göteborg

Boendet är beläget på en lugn gata nära sjö. Här lever ni ett lugnt och naturskönt liv med Göteborg på nära håll. Till Göteborg tar ni er med bil alternativt buss på 20 min. Hpl Liseberg. Från Liseberg når ni Rondo, Scandinavium och Ullevi inom 5-10 minuters gångavstånd. Löpspår, vandringsleder, och bad hittar ni 200 meter från huset. Golf och stort shoppingcenter inom 5 min. Boendet lämpar sig för familjen, par eller vänner. Laddbox för elbil finns (extra kostnad tillkommer).

Charmig Swedish house with large garden

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Welcome to our newly built home! We offer a wonderful stay in our modern house with 2.5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the upper floor. Perfectly located close to both the pulse of the city and scenic surroundings. 350 m to the lake, 10km to Liseberg and 10km to Landvetter airport. Bed linen and towels included. Please note that noise from the motorway may occur when you are outdoors.
