Les stations de ski de Bernex et Thollon avec vue surprenante sur le Léman sont à 15min, Chatel 25min, Morzine 40 min, vous en profiterez été comme hiver ! Idéalement situé sur le plateau de Gavot pour profiter des joies du vélo, de balades, randonnées, trails sur sentiers balisés. Genève est à 1h en voiture, Chamonix 1h40. Plages du Léman à 15min
