We provide lakeside accommodation located on 4 acres of forested property with breathtaking views of the Arrow Lakes and the surrounding mountains. This modern Studio Suite has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Comfortable queen bed, full kitchen & bathroom and space to unwind after a day out. Relax on your private deck, use our canoe or kayaks, or swim in the clean waters of Arrow Lakes just a few minutes walk from your doorstep! Pets are welcome with a fee and following guidelines.

Procter Point Lakefront Guesthouse

With miles of walking trails just out the door and only steps to the beach, this is a perfect place to soak up nature in an absolutely gorgeous location. Watch the ferry making its way across the lake, go for a swim, a mountain bike ride or perhaps even make your way to the Procter Bakery for the cinnamon buns.

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

Blue Heron micro Beach House (A-Frame)

Relax in this charming and newly renovated micro suite with your own private beach. This 400 square-foot A-frame includes your own private beach for peace and tranquility. Location is off the main highway so easy to find and very accessible but does have some highway noise. Some accessibility issues with the stairs to the loft bedroom and the 200 meter walk down to your private beach. The path winds through a small cedar forest and over the creek bridge. A little bit of forest bathing.

Hummingbird Lodge Boutique Suite

Update coming mid summer 2025- Bunk beds will be replaced with a queen murphy bed! If you're looking for a luxury mountain getaway, our spacious 2-Bedroom Suite is backcountry bougie at its finest. As the only on-mountain suite at Whitewater Ski Resort, enjoy the outstanding view of Ymir peak from your private deck, with hiking trails in the summer, and ski touring and chairlift access steps away in the winter. It's a beautiful, welcoming place to call your "home away from home".
