This spacious Grade II listed 3 bed house with a garden is a 30 minute walk from Bath city centre in the Upper Weston region of Bath. There are shops, cafe's, take aways and pubs all within a couple of minutes walk as well as glorious countryside on the doorstep. It has easy access to the M4 giving it great links to the city centre as well as further afield. The property would be perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing stay in the Bath area. Set in the heart of the beautiful village of Corston in Bath which offers access to plenty of stunning countryside but also is not far for people to explore both the city of Bath and Bristol. Bath city centre is only a 10 minute drive away and bus stops are within a few minutes walk. The local village shop/ Post Office is a 2 minute walk away . Corston is a few minutes drive from the Bath Spa University. There is a local pub serving food which is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
