Prázdninová chaloupka z 18.stol., rekonstrukce - 2018. Hosté mají k dispozici celý domeček, v přízemí se společenskou místností s kuchyňkou, WC, koupelnou, sauna, v podkroví dvě ložnice (1. pro 3 dospělé a 2. pro 4 dospělé (příp. dva dospělí a tři děti). Možno využívat zahradu s venkovním posezení a grilem. V zimě je od nás blízko na lyže a běžky (Zadov, Philipsreuth, bílá stopa) a v létě můžete po Šumavě pěšky, na kolech a když si vzpomenete, že chcete u nás svatbu, i ta je u nás krásná:-)

Ruhige Wohnung in Altstadthaus am Dreiflußeck

Die großzügige Wohnung hat ca. 70 m² Wohnfläche und befindet sich im 1. OG eines aufwendig generalsanierten Altstadthauses nahe am berühmten Passauer Dreiflußeck direkt am Inn. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, lediglich der Wohnraum hat ein Fenster zu einem Schulhof in dem zeitweise Schüler lärmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, also ausreichend Wäsche, Geschirr, Kücheneinrichtung, etc. Sie ist ideal geeignet für 2 Personen, eine zusätzliche Schlafcouch ist jedoch vorhanden.

Mitten in der Altstadt – und gleichzeitig ein heller, offener Rückzugsort über den Dächern. Während unten das Leben pulsiert, genießen Sie oben die loftartige Wohnung, Licht, Weite und den Blick ins Grüne. Cafes, Restaurants, Biergärten sind im direkten Umfeld. Der Bäcker ist im Haus. Donau, Promenade und Schiffsanlegestelle nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Bequem Ankommen: Flexibler Check-in, Schlüsselbox. Kurzzeitiges Halten zum Ausladen direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Parken im nahen Umfeld.

Willkommen in der Werkhalle. Ein ehemaliges Bahngebäude neu interpretiert. Das Boutique-Loft mit modernem Design und kuratiereter Kunst ist ein Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen mit Platz für 2-6 Personen. Sie ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Mountainbiken, Langlaufen und Skifahren. Genießen Sie den Drachensee zum Schwimmen und den Golfplatz mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Ausflugsziele wie der Flederwisch, Wildgarten und Felsengänge sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Auszeit am Klopferbach

Unsere Ferienwohnung Am Klopferbach I liegt am Ende einer Seitenstraße eingebettet im Grünen. Die Zwei-Zimmerwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des 2020 gebauten Holzhauses bestehend aus einem Eingang, einem hellen gemütlichen Wohnraum, einer Küchenzeile mit Grundausstattung, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Holzboden und Waldterasse. Am Fuße des Grundstückes fließt das Klopferbacherl und die Parkanlage bietet neben einem Kneipbecken einen großzügigen Kinderspielplatz.

Podkrovní byt nad pivovarem je velmi prostorný, mezonetový, s jednou oddělenou ložnicí a jednou patrovou vestavbou s manželkou postelí. Ve velké koupelně je rohová vana. Byt je umístěn přímo nad pivovarem k krásným výhledem na náměstí a na gotický kostel. Veškerá vybavenost města (obchody, restaurace, kino, zastávka autobusu atd.) je vzdálená do minuty chůze z bytu. Byt je vhodný zejména pro dvě rodiny nebo skupinku přátel v max.počtu 6 osob.
