Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. A cozy and spacious home in a peaceful, green neighborhood near the city center. Welcome to Villeberg, a unique turn-of-the-century property in Nacka. Frequent buses depart every 5–11 minutes to Slussen, the heart of Södermalm, with a travel time of approximately 15 minutes. On-site parking is available (first spot on the left). The house spans 140 m² and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, an open fireplace, a TV room, a laundry machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.

New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Nybyggt attefallshus 30m2 + loft 11 m2 med alla bekvämligheter i Sollentuna 9 km från Stockholm. 15 minuters promenad till pendeltåg. Huset ligger i Helenelund/Fågelsången med närhet till Järvafältet. Huset ligger bara ett par kilometer från en trevlig strand i Edsviken och 2km till EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält med skidbacke, bikepark, höghöjdsbana, löparslingor och konstgräsplaner.

Boende vid härliga Tyresöreservatet. 100 meter till Långsjön där man kan ha en mysig picknick och se solen gå ner. Bada vid klippor. Vi har 2 kanoter som man får låna. Härlig natur men ändå nära till stan. Finns även cyklar att hyra för 50 kr/dag Ca 1 timma med bil från Arlanda . City ca 25 minuter. Det är ej tillåtet att ha fest eller vänner på besök. Åldersgräns är 25 år.
