You will find a sense of peace and feel like you are in another world, all while being right in the middle of Indianapolis! Explore the river on the kayaks, bask in the sun, take in the wildlife. After free parking right outside of your door, you won't need a car for your entire stay! There are over a dozen unique restaurants within a five-minute walk. The Vogue music venue is visible from your entrance & six of the most popular bars and clubs are within walking distance. Broad Ripple summer is filled with local art & music shows. Check out the farmers market on Saturdays (even in winter!), and 50-mile Monon rail-trail for biking and running with plenty of local shops on the way!!

Luxury finishes include hand-scraped hardwood floors, custom tile bathroom, skylights, and more!

Located in a serene, tree-lined neighborhood, our home offers modern luxury & comfort, ideal for couples, friends or families. Steps from Broad Ripple Ave. and all the fun restaurants and coffee shops. Beautifully renovated interior with comfy beds, fresh sheets, and all the amenities you need. Our house is right on the canal and a nice little jogging or strolling path awaits you just outside our back gate. Enjoy time with family and friends on the patio with a propane BBQ grill.
