You’ll be welcomed to our newly renovated annexe in the heart of Ilfracombe, on historical Fore Street. Our house is approximately 250 years old and ‘the annexe’, is a cosy one bedroom, first floor apartment, with private entrance. The annexe is a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and plenty of great independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

'The Snug' is tucked away 50yds up a footpath from the historic Ilfracombe harbour, through private gardens. It is a perfect couple getaway bolthole for those wishing a peaceful retreat. 100yds further up the footpath brings you out onto Portland Street with a 2min walk to the High Street. The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

Harbour Hideaway is situated at the rear of our home, a stroll from Ilfracombe harbour. An en-suite room with double bed it enjoys its own private access. Nestled in Ilfracombe’s oldest street, Harbour Hideaway is tucked away amidst the towns foodie and Artists quarter. The property is on the ground Floor and is fairly on the level to beach, pubs, restaurants and car parks. unusual as Ilfracombe is known for its hills. NO kitchen, NO outside area, No pets, unsuitable for infants.

Our charming cottage is in a fabulous location right on Ilfracombe's historic Quay. We overlook the harbour, beach and the lifeboat station; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. The top floor bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel, and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

We love our place because of the location with magnicent harbour and sea views, the high ceilings and sense of history, and the cosiness after dark. Close to pubs and restaurants. Ilfracombe is full of family-friendly activities. Nightlife includes the Landmark theatre, cinema and a wide variety of pubs and restaurants. There is a bus stop outside. It is a great place for couples, walkers, business travellers, families (with kids), and groups of up to 6 people.

Beautiful Harbourside Cottage with Parking

Manor Cottage is a grade two listed building built in the early 19th Century. Sitting in prime position on the coastal path on the quiet side of the harbour, the cottage overlooks the beach and lifeboat station. Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.
