Op 5 min wandelen sta je in de Bondgenotenlaan, de hoofdstraat van Leuven. Ideaal voor een WE weg of voor een langer verblijf!

De houtkachel zorgt in de winter voor een extra gezellige touch. De eiken wanden in de living geven een gezellige gloed en de grote ramen brengen voldoende licht met zicht op de bomen. Er is een privé terras aan "het kleine huis" en er ligt een parkje rondom waar je naar hartenlust kan wandelen.
