Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. A single story self contained annex, attached to the owners property., located close to Yate, Chipping Sodbury and Pucklechurch and half way between Bristol and Bath, making it a suitable base for both holiday and business accommodation, there is easy access to both M4 and M5 motorways, A46 Bath – Stroud , Bristol ring road, Emerson’s Green Science Park, and for keen cyclists is a stone’s throw from the Bristol-Bath cycle track.

We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
