This is a 2-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. My apartment is located on the 6 floor with a gated elevator which sometimes does not work so if you can not walk to the sixth floor, this might not be for you. with only a block walk to little Caesars Areana and free parking.
