Perfectly situated on the West Hill of Hastings, within walking distance of the historic old town and beach, this unique cabin offers a green oasis in the heart of Hastings. The Beech Hut (named for the Weeping Beech tree at the entrance) is a self contained one bedroom accommodation in the grounds of The Beacon, one of the most unique venues in Hastings. The Beacon itself is a family home but also part-time restaurant, venue, & arts space for the whole community, as well as a green wilderness.

Wood burning stove & original early 1800s cottage features including a spacious kitchen extension. Nice views from both cosy bedrooms & plenty of natural light throughout. Cute & friendly kitten (short haired) comes with the house too - will leave food. (Please don’t book if it’s a problem!) Very quiet road with lovely neighbors & a village feel yet a walk to the beach.

Bexhill old town is steeped in smuggling history and central to the Bexhill and Hastings smuggling gangs. Our house was also used during the Napoleonic war to house officers, their soldiers being billeted nearby. Situated opposite St Peter’s church, mentioned in the Doomsday book ! our cottage provides a beamed, cosy stay for all history lovers. It’s modern amenities allow you to enjoy our lovely seaside town, beautiful beaches and De La Warr pavilion which hosts gigs throughout the year

The Stables - A Haven for Woodland Wildlife

Set on the edge of woodland our converted mini stable is a small secluded retreat set at the rear of the big barn on our smallholding. You may see badgers, foxes, horses in the next field, while birds and bees nest in the roof spaces outside the building. The view from the Stables and your own private decking looks onto woodland. Our smallholding has 9 pet sheep. Your own BBQ and fire pit in the meadow. And the option of booking a Massage treatment, yoga or Sound Bath in the Yurt.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. The apartment is located directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront and occupies the entire basement of a historic Grade II listed house. The house was built by James Burton, the architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained.
