The bungalow is situated in the coastal village of pen-clawdd on the edge of the Gower and offers a covered outdoor seating area with BBQ and off road parking. The village offers a supermarket, 2 butchers, 2 pubs, cafe, fish and chip shop, indian and pizza takeaway and ice cream parlour all a 10 minute walk away with a short hill. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
