The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

Situated on the banks of the River Ness, Wee Ness Lodge is centrally located for all the amenities Inverness has to offer including shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions which are all within walking distance. A warm welcome from Karen and Mike awaits you at The Wee Nook, near Loch Ness . We are centrally located in a peaceful area from which you can explore the highlands of Scotland and beyond. We are situated just off the A831 approximately 4 miles West of Drumnadrochit, where you will find a Co-op, Post Office, medical practice, pharmacy, petrol station, gift shops, visitor centre, public library, an ATM, cafe's, bistro, pubs/restaurants. Our short term let licensing number is HI-51249-F

Secluded Ptarmigan Yurt

For the first time since we installed it we are opening for the winter months as there are a lot of people around and the weather at the moment is quite warm. To do this we have installed a small oil heater which will keep the temperature up even when the fire is not lit. Once you light the fire it will be really cosy and warm. There is also an electric blanket on the bed for those colder nights. We do reserve the right to move you to the house if the weather becomes inclement.

Charming and Unique Shepherd's Hut

A unique and beautiful Shepherd's Hut on the Black Isle. Specifically commissioned by Black Isle Brewery, the hut is in the middle of our organic brewery farm. The brewery sits on one side with organic farmland, farmhouse and vegetable patch on the other. You are 10 minutes from Inverness by car and 20 minutes from Inverness airport. Please note that the hut doesn't have wifi but we have books and games to keep you
