Well-planned and fresh studio apartment with a private entrance. The 24 m² apartment includes a hallway, bathroom, wardrobe, dining area and kitchenette. Just outside the entrance, you'll find a private south-facing patio. An extra full size bed will be provided when booking for 3 guests. The apartment is centrally located, just a 7-minute train ride from Stockholm Central and within walking distance to Arenastaden and Mall of Scandinavia. Easy access by car with street paid parking available.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

The house is beautifully located near recreational areas, public transportation (both Metro and Commuter trains) and only ten minutes by car to central Stockholm.

Nära till pendeltågsstationen och 2 hållplatser till Stockholm City. Mataffär och restauranger finns i kvarteret och det är promenadavstånd till Mall Of Scandinavia och Friends Arena. Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.
