Enjoy the vast ocean views from the large living room picture windows. Watch the boats cruising through Penobscot Channel or a local lobsterman hauling their traps. The bedroom offers a queen bed and plenty of closet/storage space. There is a large jacuzzi tub and separate hand tiled shower in the bathroom. The Byre at Piper's Pond is a small farm situated on 80 acres in Bristol, Maine on the Pemaquid Peninsula. The apartment is separated from the main house and has privacy and room for guests to enjoy the area. It is a comfortable rustic contemporary home and setting. We are located a 10 minute drive to Damariscotta. Pemaquid Peninsula is home to the historic Pemaquid Lighthouse, the University of Maine Darling Marine Center, the Old Fort Henry, Pemaquid Beach and beautiful hiking trails.

BREEZE, in a tree The Appleton Retreat

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Tall Spruce Cottage

Comfortable cottage in the rural town of Cushing, known for its natural beauty that inspired many of Andrew Wyeth's work including "Christina's World" and the Olson house. The cottage is on the same property as my home. The cottage is a one bedroom space with a full kitchen and bathroom. There is also a woodstove if needed during the colder months. Laundry is available downstairs.
