We do live on property in the main house.

Adorable 1920 cozy guest cottage sits on nearly 4 1/2 beautiful acres next to Owner's home and barn in the NE part of the city. It is close to parks, trails, and a shopping center and is less than 15 minutes from downtown! Close to main roads. Enjoy large outdoor area for fun play, including private pool during summer (shared). Quiet yet convenient. Perfect getaway! We also Airbnb 'Farmhouse suite' and 'Family Retreat-Pool and Barn'. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Sunset Ranch - Fort Wayne

Please be honest and no smoking at all in the house!! Thanks for keeping my place clean during your stay :) No parties. Bridal showers and small things like that are probably OK. Just ask. Please, be sincere on guest count over 4. This is a nice 3-bedroom ranch house with 2 full bathrooms. There is a large back yard with a patio and a farmer's field beyond. Great for spending time with your friends and family having a cook-out and/or bonfire.
