The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line.

Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. The Annex is situated in a secluded close with a king size bed and double sofa bed. There is private parking for one vehicle. The Annex has a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine. The Annex also has a large smart tv, as well as its own WiFi connection. The annex has French doors in the lounge overlooking a well maintained garden. This self contained Annex is perfect for visiting local attractions such as Brands Hatch, London and surrounding areas.

Ideal for visitors or staff of events held at Brands Hatch, as well as anyone visiting the local area. Situated on the edge of Farningham village with lots of beautiful local country locations, my flat is within walking distance of several friendly pubs/restaurants and less than a 5 minute from M25/M20, with plenty of off road parking for guests.
