It is the home of artist residency, Studio Luce. Your booking supports the local library as every month we donate $500 to Majo the librarian to keep the library running and supporting education in El Paredón.

El chalet tiene un diseño único tipo Delta (triangular), cuenta con piscina privada. Se encuentra ubicado en un residencial vacacional con doble garita de seguridad.
