Second-floor, 2-bedroom apartment, on-site parking for two (passenger-size) vehicles. No garage space is available. No pets and no smoking. Two queen beds. Smart TV, but no cable (guests use their own passwords). Front-door access has evening lighting with a lockbox for self-check-in. Washer/dryer are available off-site (coin-operated, located in adjacent apartment building - key to access provided). Occasional and limited train noise from 1/4 plus miles away. Our office is on the 1st floor.

We created a beautiful space that's great for wedding weekends, family reunions, cedar point trips, and any kind of friends and family get together. We are very close to Oberlin College & Valley of the Eagle Country club making it the perfect home for family gatherings coming in to celebrate! The Lower level has access to the back yard and patio, and also hosts the laundry room, a half bath, and a bonus living area (doesn't comfortably accommodate people over 6 ft in height due to lower ceilings).

The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

The Creekside Oasis Duplex - Central Avon

Welcome to our stunningly designed apartment on the bottom level of a duplex. Located just 1 mile from the freeway, you'll feel like you're on a peaceful retreat in the park, yet still within a short distance to all the city's top attractions; including Miller Nature Preserve, Avon Brewing Company, Avon Community Waterpark, Play CLE, & Lake Erie. Other attractions within an hour drive include Cedar Point, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Pro-Football Hall of Fame & much more.

We just purchased this amazing property in March 2024. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. The property features 1.4 acres of privacy, a screened in gazebo, a sauna, firepit and tons of parking. We will continue to update the space and the property. We look forward to hosting you!

Large comfy spaces to sprawl out and enjoy your stay. Large yard for outside activities and dining. Fully finished basement. Getting adjusted to the pricing on this platform. The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Log Cabin Retreat

A Rustic Retreat with a Refined Interior! This 1960's Log Cabin nestled in the woods above the Rocky River is a beautiful place to unplug and unwind. Located within a mile of the Cleveland Metroparks System including miles of hiking, biking and horse trails, golf courses, fishing spots and picnic areas. It is 20 minutes to downtown Cleveland and 5 minutes to Cleveland Hopkins Airport. NO PETS or PARTIES, please.
