There are large electric Velux skylights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.

A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. The bed is a very comfortable king size with a heavy feather duvet and cotton linen. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people.
