You are completely free to use everything inside it. The door has a smart lock. Prior to your visit, you'll receive instructions. There's no need for a key. We are available as needed by phone, text or email. While we live in the house on the same property, guests have total privacy by design. Oasis is a cozy getaway in the heart of the unique neighborhood of East Nashville. The loft is walking distance to quirky retailers, local restaurants, coffee shops, and music venues. Hop on a bicycle to reach Shelby Park, Greenway, and the city. Much of what East Nashville offers is within walking or biking distance. Downtown is a short drive on local streets. If you don't bring a car, Uber is a great alternative. This Loft is accessed off an Alley.

Comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom next to the bathroom or choose the upstairs king bedroom. Just minutes from popular East Nashville eateries and sweet boutique shop! 4 Grocery stores, CVS (at end of street) the YMCA is in walking distance. 2 small dogs LIVE HERE: if you don’t like dogs please stay elsewhere. 1-night stays may bring a dog. Walking distance to bars and eateries. 5 minutes to more cute shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to downtown! Backyard is fully fenced (6 foot) for convenience with dogs. I did renovations in 2023 and am proud to share my home!

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.

We recently finished the renovation of our house, which includes a cute, cozy one bedroom guest suite. Guests will have access to their own private entrance via their own 16 x 24 foot deck. The suite includes a bedroom with blackout curtains, a sound machine, bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, kitchenette (full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, induction burners, toaster oven, microwave), dining table and a living space with a couch, reading nook and TV.
