Situated on the banks of the river Tummel in a beautifully peaceful location, but also providing close proximity to the festival theatre, the Dam and fish ladder, and a short walk into town with access to bars, restaurants and shops. The cottage has ease of access to the absolute best of everything highland Perthshire has to offer. Fishing from the bottom of the garden (permit required), golf nearby and an abundance of beautiful walks right from our doorstep. It is really is a gem of a place!

Our spacious bungalow offers five bedrooms, three ensuites and a family bathroom, Lounge, conservatory, dining room and kitchen. We are not a five star hotel! Please note before booking that this is a well used and loved family home with grandchildren and dogs. Not a perfected holiday home only. Property situated in the tranquil surroundings of Birnam wood and the River Tay. Dunkeld is close by and Pitlochry is a short drive away. Parking and easy access on the level make it suitable for those who may find steps a problem. We are a 10 minute walk from Aberfeldy and likewise to the local bar/restaurant. Dog friendly there are many walks to explore right on your doorstep. We live next door and are always available for info.
