The LightKeepers Cottage is a unique property bordering the historic Cape Forchu Light house. Its last owner was a direct descendant from the original Lightkeeper James Fox. It is furnished with many interesting antiques, original paintings and prints. The cottage is situated on 3 acres of oceanfront, extending from the Yarmouth Harbour in front to the tumultuous False Harbour behind that lured many ships to an untimely end. The rooms are spacious and comfortable providing spectacular sea views.

Large windows and high ceilings allowing for great light. We recently renovated our kitchen. The cottage is remote, quiet and perfect for relaxing. The place is heated by a heat pump with additional base board heaters when needed. The cottage is a 20 mins drive in from the Tusket exit and 35 minutes to Yarmouth.
