This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

It is also located just 5 miles from one of the best zoos in the country, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The house comfortably fits 2 adults and 2 children. The house is not an ideal place for 4 adults.
