We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

Within 30 min of Frankfort/Lk Michigan, Traverse City , Beulah/Crystal Lake, & approx 20 min from Interlochen Music Camp. Lakes & the Betsie River surround the area, making fishing and boating easily accessible. The BRLC is a nonsmoking property with a full house generator/new baby gear on sight.

We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. With 20-foot vaulted ceilings, massive picture windows, a fireplace to curl up next to, and just minutes from some of the most stunning lakes in the state, it’s the perfect home base for exploring or doing nothing at all.

Just steps from the Little Manistee River within a small fishing community is a northern Michigan getaway with the style of a lodge retreat, and the comforts of home. Host family and friends for billiards, board games, and conversation by the fireplace. Curl up on a big cushy chair, and look out at the river with a cup of coffee. Entire lake house with plenty of sleeping space for families. Four bedrooms and seven beds (counting two trundle beds). The house was recently renovated to add a sun room and transform the first floor into an open concept with a spacious kitchen and living room. There are two sets of washer/dryer in the basement to accommodate large groups. Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.
